How PitchPulse handles browser data, analytics and advertising-related services on playpitchpulse.com.

Local game data
PitchPulse stores game progress, squad saves, settings, market inventory, challenge progress and privacy choices in your browser using local storage. This is used to keep the game working between visits on the same browser.
Live activity statistics
PitchPulse uses a random browser visitor identifier and recent presence timestamps to display aggregate counts such as players seen today and players active in approximately the last two minutes. The public statistics are aggregate counts and do not display the visitor identifier.
Global Chat and gift codes
If you use Global Chat, the message text, your PitchPulse Player ID, nickname and avatar are stored on the multiplayer backend so the chat can operate. Chat messages are automatically pruned after a limited retention period. Gift-code redemptions are stored against your PitchPulse Player ID so each code can be enforced as one redemption per account.
Google Analytics 4
When you allow optional analytics through PitchPulse privacy controls, Google Analytics 4 may receive page views, approximate location, device/browser information, traffic-source information and gameplay events such as rolls, player signings and completed matches. PitchPulse configures Analytics to load only after the optional-services choice is accepted.
PitchPulse uses Analytics to understand site usage, improve gameplay and diagnose performance or engagement issues. Google processes Analytics information under its own terms and privacy documentation.
Google AdSense
PitchPulse has started the AdSense site-review and ownership-verification process. Display ads remain disabled in this build while the site is under review. If AdSense is approved and advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and protect ads, subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices.

Your choices
You can reopen Privacy Choices in the game to change the optional-services choice. You can also clear site data in your browser; doing so may delete locally stored game progress.

Aggregate game activity statistics
PitchPulse may send anonymous gameplay event counters (for example: rolls, squads built, matches and VS battles) to the official PitchPulse multiplayer backend so that global activity charts can be displayed. These counters do not include your email address or real name. A random local game identifier may be processed briefly for deduplication and anti-spam rate limiting.
